Delivery Information

For goods physically available in our Czech store, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours after your order is placed. This is a dispatch aim, not a guarantee of delivery within 24 hours. We make sure to pack it carefully so you don't have to worry about any damage during shipping. The delivery method will be selected based on the specific order. Your order will be delivered by a chosen carrier or by our own delivery service.

In the case of delivery in Prague or atypical and expensive carpets, we carry out delivery by our own forces. We will also be happy to help you with the return to the floor or with placing the carpet under the furniture.

All of our rugs are packaged according to the shipping companies guidelines, so depending on the size of the rug, the rug will be shipped either rolled or folded. The rugs are wrapped in strong plastic to keep them safe during shipping.

Carpets can also be picked up in person at our shop in Prague Smichov, at Nádražní 39/76, 150 00 Prague - Smichov.

For delivery to the Czech Republic, goods physically available in our Czech store are delivered in 1–3 calendar days. Delivery is within 7 days in all other cases, including delivery to Germany or Hungary and goods not in stock at our Czech store. For orders containing multiple items, the longest item delivery time applies.
