How carpet cleaning works
- Submit a non-binding request.Enter your contact details and carpet dimensions.
- We arrange collection.We contact you to agree on the next steps and a suitable date.
- We receive the carpet.You can bring it to our showroom or have it collected by courier free of charge.
- We return the cleaned carpet.After cleaning, we deliver it back. Payment is made on return by cash or card.
The online calculation is an estimate. We confirm the final price after accurate measurement and inspection of the carpet.
Personal drop-off
You can bring the carpet directly to the Carpeteria showroom. No packaging is required when dropping it off in person.
Courier collection
We collect the carpet free of charge from the agreed address. Simply pack it carefully before handover. The courier brings the shipping label, so you do not need to print anything.
How to prepare the carpet for transport
- If possible and safe for the carpet, fold it carefully. A folded carpet is easier to transport.
- Use sturdy protective packaging, such as strong plastic film.
- Seal the packaging securely so that it cannot come loose in transit.
- The courier brings the shipping label.
Please discuss unusual, rigid, oversized or sensitive carpets with us in advance.
